Изобретение относитс к способу изготовлени многослойных полых изделий из полимерных материалов методом инжекционного формоВани с последующим выдуванием.
Известен способ изготовлени многослойных полых изделий, включающий операции инжекциопного формовани заготовки и окончательного изготовлени полого издели выдуванием.
Известный способ не обеспечивает получени многослойных изделий высокого качества .
Предложенный способ изготовлени многослойных полых изделий отличаетс от известного тем, что дутьевой стержень с размещенной на нем предварительно изготовленной заготовкой внутреннего сло устанавливают в матрицу, в которой инжекционным формованием изготавливают заготовку наружнего сло , после чего дутьевой стержень с многослойной заготовкой помещают в матрицу дл окончательного формовани раздувом. Предложенный способ позвол ет повысить качество многослойных изделий.
Предложенный способ изготовлени многослойных полых изделий иллюстрирован схемой , показанной на чертеже.
Предварительно изготовленную заготовку внутреннего сло 1, соответствующую по форме дутьевому стержню, размещают на дутьевом стержне 2, который вместе с заготовкой устанавливают в матрицу 3. В матрицу 3 посредством узла формовки 4 впрыскиванием подают полимерный материал, нагретый до в зко-текучего состо ни , дл получени заготовки наружного сло 5.
В процессе наполнени полости матрицы 3, образованной внутренней поверхностью матрицы и дутьевым сте.ржнем с заготовкой внутреннего сло , воздух, наход щийс в этой полости вытесн етс к горловинной части матрицы и удал етс в атмосферу через отверсти 6.
Изготовленную инжекционным формованием многослойную заготовку, расположенную на дутьевом стержне, охлаждают до температуры , при которой может быть осуществлена операци выдувани . После чего дутьевой стержень с многослойной заготовкой помещают в матрицу дл окончательного формовани издели раздувом. В процессе выдувани внутренний слой 1 удерживаетс прочно прижатым к наружному слою 5 под действием давлени воздуха, подаваемого через радиальные отверсти дутьевого стержн 2.

- Формула изобретениСпособ изготовлени миОГослойных полых 0 изделий, включающий опера1ции инжекцион3ного формовани заготов.ки и окончательного формовани полого издели выдуванием, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени качества изделий, дутьевой стержень с размещенной на нем предварительно изготовленной заготовкой внутреннего сло устанавливают в матрицу, в которой инжекционным формованием изготавливают заготовку наружного сло , после чего дутьевой стержень с многослойной заготовкой помещают в матрицу дл окончательного формовани издели раздувом.
