Благодар этому, отсутствует изменение положени катушек относительно объекта, имеющеес у известных преобразователей, и в результате повьаиает с надежность контрол .The invention relates to a control and measurement technique and can be used for non-destructive testing of electrically conductive products using the eddy current method. The eddy-current inlet npeoSrazatel for non-destructive testing is known, containing inductors, dimension & on the frame, and housing (1). A disadvantage of the known transducer is a change in the position of the coils relative to the object being monitored by changing the angle between the longitudinal axis of the roll and the normal to the surface of the object. This causes a change in the output signal and reduces the reliability of the control. Also known are an eddy-surface invoice converter for non-destructive testing, which contains a housing and induction coils placed on a frame spring-loaded relative to the housing (2). The disadvantage of this converter is that the reliability is poor when testing surfaces with varying curvature due to the effect of the variable gap. The last transducer is the closest to the invention in technical terms and is chosen as a prototype. In order to increase the reliability of control in the proposed converter, the inductance coil and the frame are made flexible, taking the shape of the surface xc of the object being insulated, and the casing is made of an elastic material. The drawing shows schematically the proposed converter. It contains solid coils 1 inductance. For example, in the form of flat spirals placed on a flexible frame 2 ,. which is enclosed in a body 3 of elastic material, for example, rubber, and a connecting cable 4. In the process of controlling the coil of the transducer through the body, they are pressed against the controlled object 5 and they take the shape of its surface. Due to this, there is no change in the position of the coils relative to the object, which is present in known transducers, and as a result, it is reliable.
