Description
11.The nozzles 24 and 25 are placed for sucking the cut ends of the thread while binding them to the knots of the customer 11.
The thread 26 passes from the feed rollers 1 and 2 through the guide 3 under the clamping element 5 and the levers 12 above the nodes by the driver 11 and enters the accumulator 27. The camshaft 15 does not rotate, the jaws 6 and 7 are compressed (see Fig. 1). In the event of a break or end of the unwinding ear, the end of the thread moving at high speed is discarded by the plate 10 in the direction shown in FIG. 4 with an arrow B and enters the clamping element 5, where it is clamped with jaws 6 and 7. At the moment of breaking, a signal is given to the lifting lever 28, which brings the tail end of the thread 29 from the cob to the nodes, and the camshaft 15, as a result turnover about its axis. In this case, the cam 14 actuates the levers 12, which feed the end 11 of the thread 29 and the end of the thread 26, which are in the clamping element 5 and in the accumulator 27, into the nodes 11. Then the nodes 11, which bind the ends of the threads, trigger from the cam 18 26 and 29 and cutting off the excess ends. After that, the cam 20 moves the sponge 7 to the right, releasing the clamped end of the thread 26. The cut ends are sucked by the nozzles 24 and 25. After the breakage is eliminated, the thread 26 again enters the accumulator 27, from which it is wrapped around the package. Thus, the described device eliminates the breakage of the rewinding thread automatically without stopping the machine.
