The invention relates to formulations introduced into kaolin suspensions to liquefy or increase their flowability, and can be used in the pulp and paper industry for storing and transporting kaolin in the form of highly concentrated suspensions and in enterprises producing or using kaolip.
сЗднако уменьшение в зкости, достигаемое в этих случа х, не всегда оказываетс достаточным дл производственных условий .Substances that have a diluting effect on kaolin suspensions and thereby reducing their viscosity are known. These substances are generally classified as surface-active. These are, for example, salts of sodium carbonate, silicic, meta- and orthophosphoric acids, etc., and the most effective means of reducing the viscosity of kaolin suspensions is the addition of sodium hexametaphosphoric acid to them. These substances are introduced into kaolin suspensions in an amount not exceeding 0.6% by weight of water in the suspension. However, the viscosity reduction achieved in these cases is not always sufficient for production conditions.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of dilution of kaolin suspensions.
Дл этого в состав введен полиакрнламид, и компоненты вз ты в следующем количестве, вес. %;For this purpose polyacrylamide is introduced into the composition, and the components are taken in the following quantity, weight. %;

A composition for liquefying kaolin suspensions is prepared by the following method. To the pre-measured amount of water is added
После полного растворени состава последний добавл ют к каолину .substances in the above ratio and mix thoroughly. After complete dissolution of the composition, the latter is added to kaolin.
The proposed composition (sodium hexametaphosphoric acid — 0.6%; polyacrylamide — 0.25%; water — the rest) was tested in a laboratory.
The results confirming the effectiveness of the treatment of kaolin suspensions with the specified composition for suspension with a density of 1.45 g / cm are shown in the table.
From the table it follows that when processing the suspension with the proposed composition, the viscosity of the kaolin suspension decreases by 34.5%, while the maximum decrease in viscosity with the introduction of sodium hexametaphosphate does not exceed 14.5%, and the introduction of pure polyacrylamide does not reflect on viscosity of kaolin suspensions.
Therefore, the proposed composition is most effective for liquefying kaolin suspensions.
