На ходовой гайке 4 закреплена посредством поперечного пальца 15 вильчата серьга 16 с поворотной руко ткой 1 установленна в стойке 18 и снабженна сцепным валиком 19. Последний размещен в вертикальной направл ющей 20, приваренной по всей высоте корпуса судна 21 вьшолненной из двух ЛГ -образных профилей с обращенными друг к другу полками 22, рассто ние между которыми должно обеспечивать прохождение сцепного валика 19 в вертикальном положении. Устройство работает следующим образом . Перед соединением судов 14 и 21 сцеп ной валик 19 привод т в вертикальное положение , дл чего с помошью руко тки 17 поворачивают вильчатую, серьгу 16, нагруз ка от которой через опорное колесо 6 передаетс на судно 14. После этого сцепной валик 19 помещают в прорезь между полками 22 и обратным движением руко т ки 17 поворачивают серьгу 16 со сцепным валиком 19 на 9О таким образом, чтобы последний прилегал к направл ющей 20 и заходил за ее полки 22. Затем вращением штурвала 2 поворачивают винтовую т гу 1 устанавлива Требуемое нат жение пружинного амортизатора 11, при этом опорна стойка 5 предохран ет сцепную серьгу 8 от поворачивани . Предмет изобретени 1.Судовое сцепное устройство дл буксировки судов методом толкани , содержащее сцепную т гу, одним концом закрепленную посредством .поперечного пагшца в опорной стойке на одном из судов, а другим концом св занную с прилега |щим судном валика, размещенного в вертикальных направл ющих последнего, отличающеес тем, что с целью упрощени конструкции и облегчени управлени ,т га снабжена винтовым нат жным механизмом, а поперечный палец т ги прикреплен к продольному стержню, св занному со стойкой посредством пружинного амортизатора. 2.Судовое сцепное устройство по п.1. отличающеес тем, что направл ющие сцепной балки выполнены из -образных профилей, обращенных полками друг к другу и приваренных по всей высоте корпуса вплоть до днища. 3.Судовое сцепное устройство по п. 1, тличающеес тем, что сцепой валик прикреплен к т ге с возможнотью поворота вокруг продольной оси. 4.Судовое сцепное устройство по. п. 1, тличающеес тем, что одна одова гайка винтового нат жного мехаизма снабжена опорой качени в виде порного колеса, а друга опорой скольени в виде опорной стойки.On the twisted bar 1, equipped in 0 of the middle part with the pinch dial 2, the nuts 3 and 4i are fitted, the first of which is equipped with a support stand 5, and the second with a support wheel 6 with a roll bearing.
