Однако это устройство обеспечивает низкий гипотерыический эффект лечени , С целью повышени  гипотерми ческого эффекта лечени  предлагаемое устройство снабжено теплообменником , образованным ореб рением трубы и приемником отработанного теплоносител ,выполненным в виде конфузора,переход щего в диффузор на участве оребре НИЯ ТК70Ы. На фиг, I схематически изображено гипотермическое устройство; на фиг, 2 - вихрева  труба, разрез. Устройство содержит вихревую трубу I, снабженную ребрами 2, шспре делит ель 3 теплоносител  |по наружным покровам охлаждаемой части тела,приеиник 4 отработанного -теплоносител  и теплообменник. Теплообменник образован оребрением трубы I и приемником 4,выполненными в виде конфузора,переход щего в диффузор на участке оребрени трубы . Устройство при охлаждении головы работает следующим образом, Сжатый воздр: с температурой окружающей среды при открытом запорном вентиле 5 по трубопроводу 6 постргает в трубу I, Холодный поток воздуха из этой рубы через распределитель 3 равномерно распределенным стру АЩ подаетс  на наружные покровы головы.
