Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When only fan 6 is operated in winter or in a season when temperature is low and at the time of low-load operation when flow rate of inner fluid is low, with a first upper damper 8 being fully closed and a second upper damper 10 being partially opened, a portion of warm air B after use for cooling tube bundle 1 is recirculated to the air-inlet side of fan 6. Further, if a first lower damper 13 is closed fully, the warm recirculated air B can be made to flow into fan 6 without being scattered into ambient cool air. With such an arrangement, it is prevented that fluid flowing through the inside of tube bundle 1 is cooled excessively or freezed.
