Abstract
PURPOSE: To cool a compressor always properly by arranging an injection pipe equipped with two series injection decompression mechanisms.
CONSTITUTION: One end of an injection pipe 19 having cooling and warming injection capillary tubes 20 and 21 in series is connected to a compressor 11, and the other end is connected to the middle point L between an indoor heat exchanger 18 and a cooling capillary tube 16 through a check valve 23, and the junction point P between cooling and warming injection capillary tubes 20 and 21 is conected to the middle N point between an outdoor heat exchanger 13 and a warming caplillary tube 14 through a check valve 22. Thus, in cooling, coolant flows in the direction of a solid arrow line,and as the pressure at the middle N point is higher than the middle L point, the condensed liquid coolant is controlled at an optimum flow-rate in the cooling injection caplillary tube 20 and allowed to flow into the compressor 11. In warming, the liquid coolant is controlled at an optimum flow-rate in the warm ing injection capillary tube 21 and allowed to flow into the compressor 11, and the proper cooling for the compressor 11 is carried out
