Description
Изобретение относитс к области получени высокомолекул рных синтетических материалов , например волокон и нитей из линейных полиэфиров, а именно к обработке их препарирующими составами. Известен способ обработки нитей и волокон из линейных полиэфиров на стадии формовани , перед операцией выт жки, водным раствором или эмульсией, содержащими поверхностно-активное вещество. Однако известный способ не обеспечивает хорошей перерабатывающей способности материала, так как примен емые отделочные средства обладают лишь выравнивающим, устран ющим шероховатость нитей и волокон действием и пе способны исключить отрицательное вли ние олигомерных соединений, образующихс при получении линейных полиэфиров. Цель изобретени - удаление олигомерных соединений и улучшение перерабатывающей способности материала. Согласно изобретению в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества используют соединение общей формулы I R,- (ОС,Н,)„-0-С4Н8-0- (С,Н,0)„ -R,. где RI и Rs - остатки линейных или разветвленных алкан- илп алкенмонокарбоновых кислот с 12-22 атомами углерода в цепи; - числа от 8 до 24. Концентрации, в которых примен етс отделочное средство указанной формулы, можно варьировать в широких пределах. Преимущественно берут от 2 до 18 г этого продукта на 1 л раствора или эмульсии. Рабоча концентраци продукта и способ его нанесени выбираютс таким образом, чтобы минимум 0,05% продукта отлагалось на материале. Используемые согласно изобретению соединени формулы I можно получать, например , путем этерификации 1 моль оксиэтилированного 8-24, преимущественно 10- 20 моль, окиси этилена бутандиола-1,4 с помощью 2 моль линейной или разветвленной алкан- или алкенмонокарбоновой кислоты с 12-22 атомами углерода. Дл этерификации можно также использовать смеси названных кислот. Соединени формулы I можно наносить одно- или многократно, а также на различных стади х переработки полиэфирных нитей. Можно повторно наносить соединение формулы I также после выт жки, однако перед сушкой и перед возможным запариванием полиэфирных нитей. В случае необходимости вместе с соединени ми формулы I могут примен тьс другие вспомогательные средства, например, антистатически действующие соединени . According to the invention, a compound of the general formula I R, - (OC, H,) "- 0-C4H8-0- (C, H, 0)" -R, is used as a surfactant. where RI and Rs are residues of linear or branched alkane-ylp alkene monocarboxylic acids with 12-22 carbon atoms in the chain; - numbers from 8 to 24. Concentrations in which the finishing agent of the specified formula is used can be varied within wide limits. Mostly take from 2 to 18 g of this product per 1 liter of solution or emulsion. It is possible to reapply the compound of formula I also after stretching, however before drying and before the possible steaming of polyester yarns.
