Description

п., требуетс  в больших количествах клетчатка, специально подготовленна  в цел х снижени  ЕЯЗКОСТИ ее (в медно-аммиачных растворах).With the aim of producing nitrocellulose, intended for the production of nitrolac, film, celluloid and other products from nitrocellulose, as well as for the production of other cellulose derivatives, such as acetylcellulose, etc., fiber is required that is specially prepared for reduce its effusion (in copper-ammonia solutions).

In studying the process of bleaching fiber for these purposes (obtaining fiber derivatives), it was found that the effect of bleaching solutions can be aimed at reducing the viscosity of fiber already at normal and even at low temperatures by introducing special additives, for example, formalin, ammonia, into the bleaching bath. hydrosine, urea, etc.

Based on this, the proposed method of obtaining fiber with different viscosity has been developed. At the same time, without increasing the temperature and not resorting to acidification of the solution and other practically unacceptable operations, it is possible to obtain cellulose: any given viscosity.

(52)(52)

According to the developed method, the use of hot acid is eliminated completely. Fiber with better viscosity is obtained by bleaching under the same conditions for 1 hour with a solution of bleach from 0.2 - 0, active chlorine, but with the introduction of 03 ammonia into the solution.

With hot acid, cellulose is obtained with an alpha-cellulose content of 96-97, while the proposed method produces material that is in no way destructed and contains 1y 98.5-99.5% cellulose.

Применение предлагаемого способа дает возможность на любом заводе, имеюш,ем оборудование дл  обычной отбелки, получать низков зкие сорта клетчатки повышенного качества со значительным облегчением условий работы и с удешевлением стоимости производства .The application of the proposed method makes it possible at any plant that has equipment for conventional bleaching to obtain low-viscous high-quality fiber grades with a significant easing of working conditions and with cheaper production costs.

The subject matter of the invention.

п.1. A method for producing purified low viscosity fiber for the production of cellulose ethers and esters. Characterized by the fact that in conventional bleaching, ammonia, its salts or formalin, hydrazine, urea, etc. are introduced in insignificant amounts (0.02-0.03%) into the bleaching solution. 2. 2. Acceptance of the method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fiber before bleaching is treated with solutions of these substances.
