Данна  смазка может быть использована при безонравочном и длиннооправочпом волочени  труб, волоченни проволоки и других профилей. Применение предлагаемой смазки исключает операцию по предварительному нанесению технологических покрытий и смазок на поверхность заготовки. Исключаетс  сушка заготовки перед волочением. Сокращаетс  цикл подготовки поверхности заготовки к волочению , в результате чего уменьшаетс  количество оборудовани , необходимого дл  этой цели. Предлагаема  смазка может быть применена дл  волочени  сплошных и полых профилей из различных марок сталей и сплавов. Применение данной смазки позвол ет повысить производительность труда, улучшить санитарное состо ние волочильных цехов и исключить применение ручного труда. Коэффициент трени  смазки составл ет 0,05, что позвол ет интенсифицировать процесс волочени  профилей. Смазку в виде шайбы с помошью специально сконструированного устройства, в котором используетс  усилие волочени , подавали па трубу. Трубы прот гивали с размера 25X2 на 18X2 мм и с 22X2 на 16x2 мм. Волочение всех труб происходило удовлетворительно . Обрывов и налипаний металла на HficTpyMCHT не наблюдалось. Всего было прот нуто 50 м труб. Израсходовано смазки 2 г/лг. После волочени  на трубах оставалась прозрачна  тонка  пленка смазки. В результате испытаний установлено, что на данной смазке можно получить трубы с высококачественной поверхностью без специальной подготовки поверхности заготовки к волочению.
