Description

Technological lubricants for hot rolling are known; they contain various forms of graphite, molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride, and other comunity. However, lime lubricants have insufficient effect on the process of etching scale in aqueous solutions of various acids. The purpose of the invention is the development of a new technological lubricant, which allows the rapid destruction of scale when etching metal products in acid solutions. This goal is achieved by introducing synthetic wax and porous iron unoros (FeSO4-7H2O) into a graphite-based lubricant. The lubricant components are introduced in the following ratio, weight. %: Synthetic BOOK30-36; Iron closorus 30-30; Graphitdo 100. For the manufacture of the proposed technology. Synthetic lubricant wax is melted at a temperature of 80-90 ° C, and finely ground5 10 15 20 25 30 ground grout of graphite and vitriol is introduced into it under the cooTBCTCTuyiOiUuix co. Quality characteristics. When cooled, the resulting lubricant hardens and takes the form of a flat plate, which then settles on the work rolls of the rolling mill or strip. In the case of a solid lubricant with vuhniUiMHCM rollers, the latter are covered but the entire surface with a thin layer, which gets into the deformation zone, affects the contact friction and acts on the scale, making it unsteady by following etching in aqueous solutions of various acids. T1ssle of the influence of various compositions of technical lubricants, metal pressure on the rolls of hot rolling of 300 E3 grade transformer steel was carried out. initial TO.:iHuiHoii 2.5 mm with a reduction of 25-35% and an etching time per cent of steel Obragzts in a 20% aqueous solution of IbSO; iri 80 ° C.
