The invention relates to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to methods for producing powdered copper.

плавлени  меди .The known method of obtaining powdered copper is the reduction of its oxide in the presence of halide salts at a temperature below the copper melting temperature.

100%.The proposed method is characterized in that ammonium fluoride is used as the reducing agent. This increases the extraction of copper to 100%.

The method of drying is carried out by the interaction of copper oxide with ammonium fluoride at 700–900 ° C, followed by exposure of the reacted mass to 1.5–3 hours.

ч. Example 1. Take 1 weight. including copper oxide and 0.9-1.1 weight. ammonium fluoride and mix, getting the reaction mixture. The latter is poured into a ceramic or copper crucible, which is placed in a reactor of heat-resistant steel, heated to 700-900 ° C and held for 1.5-3 hours. During the period of heating and temperature exposure, gaseous reaction products are formed, which exit the reactor through a water seal. During the cooling period, the reactor is disconnected from the atmosphere. After cooling the reactor, the mixture is removed from the crucible, which is a porous mass, which is easily disintegrated into a fine powder. The utilization rate of oxide is 99-100% with the purity of the final product according to GOST. Example 2. Instead of o-acid copper, a scale is taken in the same weight ratio and (the process is carried out in the same sequence and with the same parameters as in Example 1. The differences in the resulting product are not observed. The sources of raw materials may be plants
