Abstract

1. Способ образования металлического герметизирующего слоя на поверхности уплотнительных элементов, например, в вакуумных устройствах, отличающийся тем, что, с целью образования мелкодисперсного слоя с наименьшим возможным пределом текучести, между уплотнительными элементами размещают прокладку из материала, образующего герметизирующий слой, в зоне уплотнения создают вакуум, прокладку обжимают уплотнительными элементами, выдерживают при заданном усилии обжатия и заданной температуре некоторое время, затем уплотнительные элементы разводят и повторяют весь цикл несколько раз.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при разведении уплотнительных элементов последние отрывают от прокладки.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что от прокладки отрывают один из уплотнительных элементов.
