Description

Известны механизмы дл  регулировки тенлового реле, состо щие из передвижного уиора , кулачка, руко тки и шкалы. Предлагаемый механизм отличаетс  тем, что дл  использовани  его дл  калибровки реле шкала токов уставки выполнена иодвижной относительно кулачка. Кулачок может быть выполнен с пазом в виде спирали, I;TO повышает точность регулировани . На фиг. 1 изображено данное устройство; па фиг. 2 - вид сбоку; на фиг. 3 - разрез по Л-Л на фиг. 2. Устройство содержит упор /, кулачок 2, руко тку 3, шкалу 4, управл ющее звепо 5 и штырь 6. Например, если шкала располагаетс  на корпусе, то, установив ее в нужное относительно указател  тока установки положение, можно прижать ее винтом к корпусу реле. Если же шкала располагаетс  на руко тке, ее после калибровки реле можно обжать па руко тке, дл  чего на последней могут быть предусмотрены необходимые углубленн . До калибровки реле шкала , на которую нанесены значени  токов уставки, не закрепл етс  н может иоэтому занимать любое положение относительно указател . Указатель располагаетс  в соответствии со шкалой токов уставок.
