A lever regulating mechanism, comprising: a lever regulator shaft that supports a pinion, mounted on it, and provided at its upper end with a control knob, presenting at its other end portion a retaining portion intended to restrict movement of said handle regulator shaft in the axial direction, and with a ratchet shoulder located at a predetermined distance from said retaining portion; and a shaft support element that has a guide hole, cutouts in the axial direction and an adjusting portion located at one end of said guide hole to allow the passage of only said ratchet shoulder, preventing it from protruding said retention portion.
