Description

In the proposed weights, weights are used for weighing hygroscopic materials in the form of rings filled with the same material from mesh or perforated iron, put into a special cup box. The dumbbells are flushed with the help of a fan with ambient air to bring their moisture condition to the moisture state of the material being weighed.

2.In FIG. 1. Represents the front view of the proposed scale; FIG. 2 is a front view of the box during weighing; FIG. 3 is a cross-section along the line A - B in FIG. 2

On the short arm 17 of the balance beam the beam 20 hangs (Fig. 1), on which the weighed material is placed. A metal box 21 in the shape of a truncated cone, broken inside into concentric sections 10 of wire mesh or sheet hollow iron, into which the hygroscopic material to be weighed, for example cotton, is suspended, is suspended to the long arm 16 of the rocker arm. The box 21 is placed in a case, 15, mounted above the chamber 7, which includes the nozzle 5, pipes 4 from the fan. At the top and bottom of the case 15 there are blinds 13 and 14. In the box 21, sections 9 are closed at the top and sections 11 are at the bottom.

24.When using the proposed weights, the empty box 21 is balanced with the tray 20 by means of weights 22 (Fig. 1); in section 10, completely dried cotton is put in accordance with the weight of the material to be weighed, then the fan blows air through the pipe 4 and pipe 5v into the chamber 7 from the room in which the weighing takes place; The air first passes through filters 6 of iron wire and rare matter to clean it of dust and lint, and then is directed through sections 9.10 to the inside of case 15, from which it leaves through the louvers 13.14 again into the room. When the balance is established, the duct 21 is lifted from the chamber 7, the air from which escapes through the opening 24.

By injecting air into the duct 21 while balancing the balance, the weight of the dry material to be weighed is obtained, since the moisture content is the same as in the material being weighed in the material that balances it.
