Description
Предлагаема развальцовка дл раскатки концов труб, изображенна на чертеже в осевом разрезе, состоит из трубы 1, в раструбе которой имеетс выточка. В последнюю вставл ютс и зажимаютс гайкой 7 разрезанные по диаметру кольца 2, профилированные соответственно .требуемому буртику обрабатываемой трубы 3. Дл образовани буртика изнутри трубы действует профилированный так же, как и кольца 2, ролик 5, вращающийс на пальце 9 рычага 4, поворотного на оси 8, закрепленной в трубе 1.
