Abstract

FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: flux-cored wire has the following components, mass %: aluminosilicate 16-20; carbonates 7-15; component with titanium or zirconium dioxide 38-44; component with manganese 6-13; iron group metal oxide 2-4; organic gas forming agent 0.5-2; nickel powder 1-2 and iron powder - the rest. Fill factor of flux-cored wire is 16-25%. Flux-cored wire makes it possible to carry out multilayer mechanized welding in any position of weld. EFFECT: higher welding speed, enhanced quality of weld forming in any position. 3 tbl, 1 dwg
