Abstract

FIELD: equipment for processing of composite materials by winding method. SUBSTANCE: bobbins of longitudinal bands are installed on ring movable in its plane and secured to supporting base of radially installed power cylinder. Devices for control of supply of working medium to cylinders of mandrel and ring are interconnected and made, for instance, in the form of slide valve distributors. In manufacture of curved articles, the ratio of supply of working medium to these cylinders varies. As a result, the center of ring with bobbins is displaced relative to the center of immovable section of mandrel to ensure redistribution of bands over the contour of manufactured pipe that compensates for arrangement of bands in layers. EFFECT: higher quality of articles and saving of composite materials due to provision of equal thickness of curvilinear tubular articles by redistribution of arranging in layers of bands of longitudinal reinforcement along the lateral cross-section of pipe. 7 dwg
