Abstract

Изобретение относитс к средствам механизации дл переработки плодов, в частности к устройствам дл мойки плодов, и может быть использовано в пищевой промышленности . Сущность изобретени , машина содержит наклонно расположенную моечную ванну с приемной воронкой 5, отверстием 8 дл сброса загр знений в нижней ее части и выгрузочным отверстием 7 в верхней части и установленный в моечной ванне с возможностью вращени перфорированный барабан 1 с внутренним 2 и внешним 3 шнеками. С целью повышени качества мойки и снижени затрат труда на санобработку машина снабжена наклонно расположенным кожухом с загрузочным 10 и выгрузочным 12 отверсти ми и размещенным внутри кожуха транспортером загр знений 11. При этом моечна ванна выполнена в виде цилиндра 4, размещенного концентрич- но перфорированному барабану 1, и оснащена душевым устройством 18, установленным внутри перфорированного барабана 1 выше уровн выгрузочного отверсти 12 кожуха транспортера загр знений 11. Отверстие 8 дл сброса загр знений моечной ванны соединено с загрузочным отверстием 10 кожуха транспортера загр знений 11, причем длина внутреннего шнека 2 больше длины перфорированного барабана 1 на величину длины полости приемной воронки 5, а объем межвиткового пространства данного участка 24 шнека 2 меньше объема межвиткового пространства шнека 2, расположенного в барабане 1. 2 ил ИThe invention relates to the means of mechanization for the processing of fruits, in particular to devices for washing the fruits, and can be used in the food industry.
