Abstract

Изобретение относитс к очистке изделий и позвол ет улучшить услови эксплуатации и повысить эффективность мойки. Установка содержит снабженную приводом вертикального перемещени ванну дл моющей жидкости, смонтированный над ванной перфорированный барабан. Барабан посредством цепной передачи св зан с приводом. Установка снабжена перфорированным лотком, установленным с возможностью поворота в вертикальной плоскости относительно оси вращени барабана . Свободный конец лотка выведен за пределы ванны и шарнирно св зан с приводом его поворота и качани , установленным на ванне. Бокова поверхность барабана в поперечном сечении выполнена в виде части спирали, начало и конец которой перекрывают друг друга и разнесены с образованием продольного проема дл загрузки и выгрузки изделий. Привод поворота и качани лотка выполнен в виде пневмоцилиндра и системы управлени , а величина хода штока пневмоцилиндра выбрана с возможностью установки лотка как в горизонтальное, так и наклонные положени . Ширина конца лотка, расположенного над ванной, превышает длину барабана, а сам конец выполнен с закруглением в сторону барабана.
