Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к производству упаковки дл  пищевых продуктов с применением ультразвуковой сварки и может быть использовано дл  управлени  процессом сварки. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества сварки. Система управлени  процессом ультразвуковой сварки включает источник электроэнергии, умножитель, интегрирующую схему, компаратор и регулируемый резистор утечки. Длительность импульса сварки в зависимости .от его мощности регулируетс  автоматически, обеспечива  посто нное энергосодержание импульса путем установки значени  потенциала сравнени  на компараторе, а компенсаци  тепловых потерь осуществл етс  путем регулировани  величины переменного резистора утечки. 3 ил.слсИзобретение относитс  к производству упаковки из пенопластичных материалов дл  пищевых продуктов с применением ультразвуковой сварки и может быть использо- вано р,л  управлени  процессом ультразвуковой сварки в пищевой, химической и смежных област х промышленности.Цель изобретени  - повышение качества сварки.Цель достигаетс  тем, что в устройстве дл  герметизации пенопластичных материалов используетс  система управлени  процессом ультразвуковой сварки, включающа  источник электроэнергии, умножитель, интегрирующую схему, содержащую последовательно соединенные регистор и конденсатор, параллельно которому подсоединены усилитель и переключатель, регистр утечки, компаратор. Система осуществл ет регулирование длительности импульса сварки в зависимости от мощно-сти и компенсацию тепловых потерь в свариваемом материале.На фиг. 1 показан узел сварки упаковочной тары из вспененного пластичного материала; на фиг. 2 - диаграмма мощности в зависимости от длительности импульса с учетом тепловых потерь; на фиг. 3 - принципиальна  схема системы регулировани  мощности.Узел сварки (фиг, 1) включает генератор 1, подающий энергию ультразвуковых колебаний к объекту сварки.Объект сварки состоит из линии последовательных элементов упаковочной тары - пакетов 2, которые образуютс  в депи 3 последовательных формующих частей 4. Пакеты 2 образуютс  из двух отдельных лент вспененного пластичного материала, одна из которых формуетс  в последовательную линию V-образных частей, в которых лента располагаетс  так, чтобы она крепилась_кыго ю>&|Сл)

внутренним контурам формующих частей 4. Над этой лентой из последовательных V-образных частей располагаетс  втора  лента, центральна  часть которой покрывает части V-образных пространств, между тем как краевые зоны второй ленты формуютс  в виде полосок, которые загибаютс  вниз дл  последующей сварки. Полости, образованные таким образом, наполн ютс  жидким продуктом, который подаетс  через наливную трубу 5. После операции заливки перва  и втора  ленты должны соедин тьс  одна с другой герметичным сварным швом, при этом подн тые боковые стенки формующих частей 4 служат в npoi4ecce сварки в качестве поддержки. Генератор 1 имеет пару сварных концентраторов 6, питаемых от источника питани  7,
При сварке вспененного пластичного материала, который состоит из большого ко .личества  чеек с тонкими стенками, необходимо регулировать количество энергии, котора  подаетс  в зону сварки. Тонкие стенки не могут подвергатьс  воздействию высокого давлени , гюскольку они при этом разрушаютс  или оседают. Такое оседание происходит также в том случае, если они подвергаютс  воздействию избыточного тепла, т.к. они расплавл ютс .
Недостаточна  подача энергии приводит к тому, что плотность и прочность сварного шва не отвечает требовани м производства упаковки.
Управление процессом сварки заключаетс  в регулировании длительности импульса в зависимости от его мощности таким образом, чтобы общее количество энергии, поданное во врем  каждого импульса, было Одним и Teiv. же. Это иллюстрирует фиг. 2, где по оси аэсцисс отложена длительность импульса, а по оси ординат - мощность. В предположении, что мощность в течение каждого отдельного импульса не мен етс , график этой зависимости представл ет собой гиперболу 8, а равные по площади пр моугольники I (ABDC), II и III аппроксимируют количество подаваемой энергии в каждом импульсе.
Однако имеютс  еще тепловые потери, которые пропорциональны длительности импульса сварки. Это означает, что энерги  сварки зависит от длительности импульса и при импульсах большой длительности может уменьшитьс  до такой степени, что результат сварки не будет отвечать требовани м.
Это иллюстрируетс  диаграммой на фиг. 2, на которой показано распределение мощности в зависимости от длительности импульса, демонстрирующее взаимосв 
между мощностью и временем дл  достижени  удовлетворительного результата сварки . Тепловые потери отмечены заштрихованными пр моугольниками 9.
Энерги , котора  отводитс  в виде тепловых потерь через упаковочный материал в течение импульса I, представл етс  пр моугольником AEFB. Она должна компенсироватьс  на величину заштрихованной площади 9, чтобы покрыть тепловые пОтери.
Точка F пр моугольника CEFD, который представл ет энергию, подаваемую от источника к рабочему органу, лежит на кривой 10(показана пунктирной линией). Крива  10 проходит через соответствующие угловые точки всех компенсированных импульсов.
Регулировка импульса энергии осуществл етс  системой, котора  Ноказана схематически на фиг. 3. Генератор 1 преобразует электрическую энергию в механические колебани , которые передаютс  ультразвуковым концентратором 6, рассчитанным и механически настроенным специальным образом, который может прижиматьс  к свариваемой поверхности и генерировать внутреннее трение между объектами, предназначенными дл  сварки, которые при этом нагреваютс  до такой степени , что термопластичные поверхности, обращенные друг к другу, сплавл ютс  в герметичный и долговечный шов.
Электропитание, подаваемое от источника тока, зависит от мощности, котора  отбираетс  ультразвуковым, концентратором 6 во врем  операции сварки.
Питание через провода 11 и 12 подаетс  к ультразвуковому генератору 1. Провод 12 проходит через трансформатор 13 тока, посредством которого измер етс  ток в проводе 12. На выводах вторичной обмотки трансформатора 13 тока расположен резистор 14. Напр жение на этом резисторе составл ет трансформированную величину тока, проход щего через провод 12. Между проводами питани  11 и 12 включен делитель 15 напр жени , который состоит из соединенных высокоомных резисторов. Точка ответвлени  йа этом делителе напр жени  представл ет трансформированную величину напр жени  между проводами 11 и 12. Выходные напр жени  от трансформатора 13 тока и делител  15 напр жени  подвод тс  к входным клеммам 16 и 17 умножител  18, в котором напр жени  в точках 16 и 17 умножаютс  одно на другое так, чтобы обеспечивать величину, пропорциональную электрической мощности, подаваемой источником 7 тока. Величина этой мощности пропорциональна напр жению на выходе J9 умножител  18. Через конденсатор протекает ток, величина которого зависит от емкости конденсатора и напр жени  на его обкладках. Конденсатор зар жаетс  до тех пор, пока напр жение на его обкладках не станет равным зар дному напр жению. Зар дка конденсатора С осуществл етс  с помощью операционного усилител  F, который управл етс  напр жением от умножител  18. Усилитель F обеспечивает зар дку конденсатора С посто нным зар дным током, пропорциональным потенциалу в точке 19, который представл ет величину электрической мощности, подаваемой от источника 7 гЛ1тани . Операционный усилитель F в соединении с конденсатором С  вл етс  интегратором, которой обеспечивает посто нный зар дный ток, т. к. усилитель регулирует потенциал в точке в таким образом, будто через конденсатор течет посто нный ток. Дл  ограничени  зар дного тока умножителем 18 ц усилителем F включаетс  резистор 20. Падение напр жени  на резисторе 20 зависит от величины зар дного тока. Поскольку зар дный ток  вл етс  посто нным, падение напр жени  на резисторе 20, вызванное зар дным тркрм , не будет мен тьс .
К точке в на выходе усилител  подключен компаратор, который сравнивает два напр жени  на входе и при одинаковом значении этих напр жений вырабатывает выходной сигнал. Компаратор К соединен через провод 21 спеременным резистором 22, одна концева  точка которого заземлена , а друга  соединена с точкой посто нного потенциала. Переменный резистор 22 представл ет собой делитель напр жени , обеспечивающий путем регулировки положени  вывода 23 изменение потенциала сравнени  в точке с. Когда потенциал в точке в достигает значени  потенциала в точке с, компаратор вырабатывает управл ющий сигнал, по которому замыкаетс  контакт S и разр жаетс  конденсатор С., После этого к концентратору 6 перемещаетс  новый пакет , а источник 7 генерирует новый импульс.
Описанна  схема не обеспечивает какой-либо компенсации тепловых потерь.
она только обеспечивает подачу импульсов от генератора с одинаковым энергосодержанием независимо от величины мощности. Компенсаци  тепловых потерь обеспечиваетс  с помощью регулируемого резистора, подключенного к точке d с посто нным потенциалом .
Регулирование величины сопротивлени  резистора 24 приводит к тому, что ток
через р|езистор 20 и, следовательно, падение напр жени  на резисторе 20 могут мен тьс , обеспечива  компенсацию тепловых потерь дл  материалов с разной удельной теплопроводностью.
Таким образом, длительность импульса сварки может регулироватьс  через соответствующую установку потенциала в точке с с помощью делител  напр жени , компенсаци  тепловых потерь регулируетс  с помощью переменного резистора 21.

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Система управлени  процессом ультразвуковой сварки в устройстве дл  герметизации пенопластичных материалов, содержаща  источник электроэнергии, регул тор длительности цикла сварки и ключевой элемент, отличающа с  тем, что,
    с целью повышени  качества сварки, регул тор длительности цикла сварки содержит умножитель, интегрирующую схему, компаратор , источник опорного напр жени , регулируемый резистор утечки, причем
    интегрирующа  схема выполнена в виде последовательно соединенных резистора и конденсатора, параллельно последнему подсоединены усилитель и ключевой элемент , при этом умножитель подключен к источнику электроэнергии, выход умножител  соединен с резистором интегрирующей схемы , регулируемый резистор утечки подсоединен к первой обкладке конденсатора, втора  обкладка которого соединена с первым входом ком паратора, второй вход по-. Следнего соединен с источником опорного напр жени , а выход - с ключевым элементом и источником электроэнергии.
