Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to the production of materials intended for interior and exterior architectural finishing of industrial and civil buildings and structures.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the compressive strength and reduce the abrasion.
1,The main component in the composition of the mixture, which determines the CTE of the substrate and the sintering interval, is ground glass. For these purposes, as a rule, waste window, rolling, tare and other glass compositions, as well as their mixtures, having a relatively low melting point (1450-1480 ° C) are used. The average CTE of the mixture of these glasses is in the range (85-90). The CTE of clay lies within (75-80) deg. 1, and quartz sand (110-120) deg. 1. The substrate, made of a mixture of these components in the specified ratios, has a CLTR in the range of (86-90) -10 7 degrees. 1,
Регулируютс эти параметры в узких пределах.and the interval of sintering is 20-40 ° C. These parameters are regulated within narrow limits.
Этим объ сн етс более широкий интервал значений КЛТР и температуры спекани у подложки при добавлении к ней измельченных отходов непрерывного стекловолокна .The addition of ground crushed glass fiber to the composition allows the CTE of the substrate to be varied over a wider range (70-85) degrees. L In this case, the sintering interval of the substrate increases to 50-100 ° C. This is due to the fact that continuous glass fibers are produced from special borosilicate glasses having the following chemical composition, wt%: SI02 53 ± 0.5; CaO 1 ± 0.4; A1203 15 ± 0.5; VgOz Yu, 1 ± 0,3; MDO 4 ± 0.4; Pe2Oz 0.4; NaaO 0.5. Melting of these glasses is carried out at a higher temperature (1550-1580 ° C). The type of CTE of such glasses is 1. This explains a wider range of CTE and sintering temperatures at the substrate when ground refined glass fiber waste is added to it.

изготовлени основного сло облицовочного материала, а также свойства полученных на них подложек.manufacturing the base layer of the facing material, as well as the properties of the substrates obtained thereon.
Fabrication of a substrate for decorative facing material from the raw material mixture offered.
All components of the base layer of decorative facing material are dried, then crushed and ground to a fraction of 0.8 mm. Then, the powdered raw materials are mixed in a predetermined ratio and moistened to 7-8%. The resulting mixture is used to form tiles on which a decorative layer (glaze, colored granules) with coordinated CTE is applied. After drying, the pligka is fired at 950 ° C.
The substrate for the decorative facing material can also be made by slip method. In this case, the crushed ingredients are mixed in a predetermined ratio and moistened to 30–35%. For better flowability, surfactants (soda ash, water glass, etc.) are added to the slip in an amount of 0.05-0.2%. The prepared slip is poured into molds, and

Made from the proposed composition, the substrate has a wider range of CTE and sintering temperature. This makes it possible to use a wide range of compositions of colored glass and glazes for the decorative coating of manufactured plates, as well as to apply a variety of heat engineering equipment for heat treatment.
