Изобретение относитс к области оптического приборостроени , а именно к способам изготовлени дифракционных решеток большой длины. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение и повышение точности изготовлени . В соответствии со способом на одной и той же заготовке нарезают две группы штрихов 1 и 2 одинакового периода и получают с них копию на общей подложке. При этом после нарезани первой группы штрихов 1 заготовку разворачивают в плоскости штрихов на угол а 3d/8L, где d - посто нна решетки, L - длина штриха, а после нарезки второй группы штрихов 2 вы вл ют зону 5 синфазности групп штрихов 1 и 2 и копируют только эту зону Способ исключает операцию юстировки оригиналов перед каждым копированием, вместо которой однажды найденна зона на оригинале может быть скопирована несколько раз.
