Abstract

Изобретение относитс к лесозаготовительному оборудованию и может быть использовано в лесной промышленности. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкций. Раскр жевочна установка включает буферную площадку, основание 2, гидроманипул тор с грейферным захватом 4, упором 5 и пильным механизмом 6, механизм отмера длин и накопители. Гидроманипул тор выполнен из телескопических секций 8, 11 и 12, на которых установлены шарнирные рычаги 13, попарно соединенные общей осью 14 и гидроцилиндром 15. Пильный механизм 6 содержит круглую пилу и гидроцилиндр надвигани . Секци 8 манипул тора закреплена на основании 2 при помощи вертикальной колонны с приводом. Манипул тор поворачивают к буферной площадке и включают грейферный захват 4, который, зажима хлыст, приподнимает его над площадкой. Зажатый хлыст перемещают торцом вперед до упора 5, а секцию 12 гидроцилиндром 15 перемещают вместе с пильным механизмом 6 от упора 5 на длину выпиливаемого сортимента. Пила производит рез. Манипул тор поворачиваетс и укладывает сортимент в соответствующий накопитель. The squeezed whip is moved with the end forward to the stop 5, and the section 12 with the hydraulic cylinder 15 is moved together with the saw mechanism 6 from the stop 5 to the length of the assortment being cut.
