Abstract

This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery. The aim of the invention is the prevention of necrotic complications. The goal is realized by removing the cortical bone in the area of the defect and placing a free, perforated flap on it. The advantage of this method is the successful engraftment of the flap by providing it with nutrition from the spongy bone.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery.

The purpose of the invention is the prevention of necrotic complications.

The method is performed as follows.

During surgery, necrotic tissue is removed along with the periosteum and cortical bone, then the wound is covered with a free, perforated skin graft.

Example. Patient K., 22 years old, was admitted with complaints of non-healing wound of the parietal region. The operation was performed according to the proposed method. Marked complete engraftment of the flap. Viewed through the year.

The flap has stung and hardly differs from the surrounding skin.

Claims (1)

Формула изобретени  Способ пластики безнадкостничных дефектов в покровных тканей черепа свободным кожным лоскутом, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью предупреждени  некротических осложнений, в области дефекта удал ют кортикальный слой и укладывают перфорированный кожный лоскут непосредственно на губчатое вещество костей черепа .The advantage of this method is that it allows the successful engraftment of a free skin flap on a bone that is devoid of the periosteum, by obtaining nutrition from the spongy bone layer. Claims The method of plasty of non-periosteal defects in the integumentary tissues of the skull with a free skin flap, characterized in that, in order to prevent necrotic complications, the cortical layer is removed in the defect area and the perforated skin flap is laid directly on the spongy substance of the skull bones. слcl сwith о о VI с  about about VI with
