Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, particularly oncology and surgery and can be used for plasty of soft tissues of the pilary part of head after removal of malignant tumors of the skin of head.Summary of the invention consists in that after removal of the tumor there are carried out dressings during 28…30 days for regeneration of the wound, then over the entire surface of the denuded cranial bone in the periosteum and in the external cortical plate of the bone there are made holes with a diameter of 2…3 mm, the distance between the holes being of 1,0…1,5 cm, there are carried out dressings during 14…15 days up to the appearance of granulations through the mentioned holes, afterwards it is removed the external cortical plate of bone without injury of granulations and there are carried out dressings up to the epithelization of the defect.
