Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology and surgery and may be applied to the soft tissue plasty of the hairy hair region after removal of the massive malignancies of the skin of the head. The essence of the invention consists in that after the removal of the tumor bandages are performed for 28 ... 30 days for the regeneration of the wound, then on the entire surface of the skull bone degenerated periosteum and in the outer cortical plate of the osculis, it makes holes with a diameter of 2 ... 3 mm, distance between the holes being 1.0 ... 1.5 cm, bandages are carried out for 14 ... 15 days until the appearance of the granulations in the mentioned holes, after which the outer cortical plate of the bone is removed without the granulation destruction and the bandages are performed until the defect is epithelialized.
