Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к ортопедии и травматологии в лечении дефекта ключицы. С целью обеспечени функции конечности в раннем послеоперационном периоде замещают дефект ключицы трансплантатом, провод т спицу с упорной площадкой через грудину, проксимальный фрагмент ключицы, трансплантат , акромиальную часть ключицы, закрепл ют ее в полукольце, фиксированном на спицах, проведенных через отростки лопатки .The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology in the treatment of a clavicle defect. Способ осуществл етс следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.
В положении больного на спине с валиком вдоль позвоночника производ т разрез вдоль грудинного конца ключицы, выдел ют патологически измененные ткани и резецируют . Берут трансплантат из ребра или крыла подвздошной кости, моделируют его под грудинный конец ключицы и укладывают в ложе. Затем провод т 2-миллиметровую спицу через руко тку грудины, вдоль трансплантата и через дистальный фрагмент клю- чицы. На конце спицы формируют Г-образный упор и погружают его под кожу. Затем нат гивают спицу в полукольце, укрепленном на спицах, проведенных одна через акромиальный отросток ключицы, друга через клювовидный отросток лопатки и ее ость. Удалена хондрома , сформирован аутотрансплантат из ребра, замещен дефект и фрагменты фиксированы предложенным способом. Через 3 мес. фиксаци прекращена. Функци в правом плечевом суставе сразу после операции , в процессе лечени , в отдаленные сроки не нарушена.Example. Ill With .. 34 years.
