Description
Изобретение относитс к трикотажной промышленности, а именно к получению плюшевых трикотажных полотен бытового и технического назначени .The invention relates to the knitwear industry, namely, to obtain plush knitted fabrics for domestic and technical purposes.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity and reliability of the method.
Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a method for producing a single curly plush knit fabric on single-furrowed machines with tongue needles; figure 2 - the structure of a single Kulir plush knitwear.
The positions indicated in figures 1 and 2, denote: 1 - locking loops of dirt and plush threads; 2 - plush sketches, 3 - stitches from a filament yarn1,4 - stitches from an additional yarn 1, 5 and 6 - a loop from an additional yarn, G - a primer yarn, P - a plush yarn, D - an additional yarn. I1 - And 25 needles of the cylinder A - the direction of movement of the needle cylinder.
The process of producing a plush knit is carried out on the needles of the cylinder I1-I 25. Each needle must have the possibility of selector selection to ensure the movement of the needles along two trajectories of motion. In order to form one row, the plush entanglement uses two in the hall systems; needles I1 - I12 refer to the first in the hall system, needles I13 - And 25 to the second in the hall system. In the first in the hall system, even needles, for example, I2, I4, are raised to the level of full confinement, while the locking loops 1 of the earth thread G and the plush thread P slip off onto the needle core. With further advancement of the needle cylinder along arrow A, the needles, for example, I6, seize the soil thread G and the plush thread P. Odd needles, for example I1, IZ, I5, in the first system rise to the level of an incomplete lock.

Во второй петлеобра- зующей системе эти иглы, например И13, И15, выход т на уровень полного з аключ е ни .the key, keeping the loop 5 on the open tabs from the additional thread D. Since the soil thread is fed at a smaller laying angle as compared to 1 with a plush thread, these needles at the time of laying receive only a plush thread P, the soil thread is laid behind their backs. Then all the needles are lowered down and begin to bend the threads contained under the hook into the loops. The even needles, for example, I8, I10, fasten locking loops 1 from the ground and plush threads and remain in the lower position until the next row of plush interlacing is formed. under the hook of the needles with the old loop 5. In the second loop-forming system, these needles, for example, I13, I15, go to the level of a complete loop.
Прот жки из дополнительной нити 4 располагаютс между прот жками петель из грунтовой нити 3 и плюшевыми набросками 2, После этого начинаетс новый цикл в зани плюшевого переплетени .The old loops 5 from the additional thread D and the sketch 2 from the plush thread P slide off onto the rod igo-Lo1, and under the hook lay an additional thread De, for example, needles I17, I19, which are then woven into a new loop 6, for example on a needle 2525 Thus, the old loop 5 from the additional thread D turns out to be dropped on the new loop 6, and the plush sketch 2 is retracted from the back of the needle, where it is located perpendicularly: the plane of the invisible web. The stitches from the additional yarn 4 are located between the stitches of the loops of the dirt yarn 3 and the plush sketches 2. After this, a new cycle begins in the middle of plush weaving.
The method is considered when selecting needles 1: 1 (Fig. 1) 8, i.e. even needles form locking loops 1 and odd needles - plush broaches 2 and loops 5 and 6 of the additional thread. However, it can also be used for other alternations of selector needle selection, which provides for various patterned and embossed plush effects. Changing the depth of stitching in the halls of the system allows you to adjust the length of plush knitwear.
The production of plush knitted fabric in a predictable manner was implemented on domestic round-broom automata such as OZD without constructive improvements. Plush weave is produced in the first and second in the hall systems. The plating yarn of the first in the gate system is used to lay the dirt yarn per kilogram through one, raised to the level of full confinement, and the soil yarn guide is used to lay the plush yarn at the level of incomplete placement on all needles. The second thread guide in the hall system lays on needles having plush sketches and old loops from an additional thread; raised to the level of a full conclusion an additional thread. As the unpaved, plush and additional yarns can be used as a homogeneous raw material, and combinations of different types of yarns and yarn.
Using the proposed method allows to obtain a new assortment of plush knitted fabrics for household and technical purposes, upper, linen and hosiery on single-furling machines with tongue needles. Knitwear is fabricated on all the needles of the pattern, which does not cause difficulties in the development of regular knitwear, and does not reduce the range of standard sizes produced. The loop structure of the plush weave has better lint resistance during operation.
