Abstract
4 з.п. $The invention relates to knitwear technology, in particular to the manufacture of knitting for napping on a double-sided round knitting machine, mainly an interlock one, and it allows to improve quality by increasing the nap effect without increasing material intensity. In the proposed method of making knitting for napping, in which the needles of one position of both needles are pulled out for complete and incomplete confinement, the ground and then pile threads are loaded, the needles are pushed completely into the position without smoking to form plated loops from the soil and pile, before by laying the pile thread, the needles of one needle bed are pushed to the full conclusion, and after the pile thread is laid, the needles of one needle bed are pushed into the position "without smoking, while adyvaniem push needle stitch yarn on one needle bed incomplete closing, and after insertion of stitch yarn retracting them completely. 4 hp ff, 2 ill. $

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of knitwear without increasing the consumption of materials.
FIG. 1 shows the structure of a knitted fabric for nap; in fig. 2 shows a process I for making knitwear for napping. I Knitwear for napping (Fig. 1) consists of unpaved yarns 1 and 2, forming an Ivy "dvastic" weave, and a pile yarn 3, worn on the outer side of the knitwear into plated loops together with yarn 1 and forming the outline on ground loop on the other side.

15The trajectory of the needles of one position 20 of the cylinder of Itz and the disk I is shown by a solid line, and the needles of the other position of the cylinder. 25the system of the needle of the cylinder And pushed to the position without sticking, pushing to the incomplete conclusion, the needles of the disk I, pushed to the level of the breaking plane, pushing out; complete the ground, lay the soil thread 1 and push the needles in completely, forming on the needles of Itz plated loops from threads 1 and 2, and on the needles Id soil loops from thread 1 stretched through old soil loops from thread G and a sketch from thread 3 The needles I and Id with on them loops of dirt yarn 2, the cords of which overlap (not shown) hanging in the form of unclosed sketches on the needles I and Id I and the pile thread 3, guide the systems I and II at the level of the fender plane. In the second system, the needles AND extend to the height of the full confinement, and the needles Id to the height of the incomplete confinement, lay the pile thread 3 and push the needles back to the position "without sticking, in which the old loops do not drop, and the needles AND | | push in completely and fold the pile draft of the yarn 3 to form a reserve of the yarn, which will subsequently be pushed into the loops when the plaited loops are formed. Платированные петли могут быть образованы последовательно и на иглах цилиндра и на иглах диска.laying a ground thread 3 (not shown) and pushing the needles fully, forming a soil loop, the stitches of which overlap the thread 3 laid in the AND system. This ensures greater reliability of pulling the yarn 3 from the needle hooks when they are pulled out to lay the dirt yarn 1. In the following hall systems, the process can be carried out to wire the yarn yarn 3 on the needles of a different position of the IC and ID. Plated loops can be formed in series on the needles of the cylinder and on the needles of the disk.
Thus, the use of this method allows a large part of the pile thread to be brought to the knitted surface, which makes it possible to obtain a larger pile effect when combing the fabric compared to the known ones.
