Description
The invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular to the production of ceramic facing tiles with a deaf white glaze coating.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the modulus of elasticity and increase flowability.
2.The invention is illustrated by specific formulations of glazes (Table 1), which have the properties indicated in Table 2.
В качестве сырьевых материалов используют кварцевый песок, борную кислоту, каолин, доломит, пегматит, соду, циркониевый концентрат и отходы солей цинка при производстве анионитов (табл.3).The raw materials used are quartz sand, boric acid, kaolin, dolomite, pegmatite, soda, zirconium concentrate and waste of zinc salts in the production of anion exchangers (Table 3).
п.п5,643.Zinc oxide is introduced into the composition of the glaze by means of ZnCOa waste, formed during the production of anion exchangers, containing the overwhelming amount of ZnCOa - 93% and, in addition, CI and Fe ions in the following amounts. %: Zn + 2 60; ; SG11.35; Fe42 0,007%, ppt5,643.
The glaze is prepared according to the traditional technology, which includes fine grinding and mixing of raw materials, fritting and granulation. The frit is cooked at 1180-1240 ° C for 6 hours. The mill composition of the glaze, wt.%: Frit 94, clay 6, KM C 0.1-0.2 over 100%. The grinding is carried out in a ball mill to a residue on a sieve Mg 006-0.05-0.07%. The glaze is applied to the tiles by watering or spraying. Glazed products are calcined at 920 ° C in roller-type furnaces under conditions of high-speed calcination.
