Abstract
FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adamantane derivatives, in part, 2-(p-bromobenzoyl) or 2-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-aminoadamantanes. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of 2-aminoadamantane chlorohydrate with corresponding benzoic acid chloroanhydride in toluene at boiling. Yield, %; m. p. C; empirical formula: a) 90.7; 185-187; CHBrNO; b) 93.2; 180-182; CHClNO.. New compounds in contrast to bromantane show protective action at overheating, under conditions of acute hypobaric hypoxia, at water depivation. Except for, new substances increase operant rat activity at fatigue development at background of nervous-psychic stress. Toxicity LD; a) 5420 mg/kg; b) 9200 mg/kg.
