Abstract
Изобретение относитс к двигателестроению. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества водотопливной эмульсии. Установка содержит топливные и вод ную цистерны, топливные и вод ную магистрали с запорно-регулирующей арматурой, размещенную на топливной магистрали первую ступень диспергировани воды, выполненную в виде гидродинамического смесител 7 и вторую ступень диспергировани воды, выполненную в виде шестеренного насоса 8. Гидродинамический смеситель 7 выполнен в виде корпуса, состо щего из входного диффузорного 11 и выходного конфузорного 12 насадков, на стыке которых образована смесительна камера 13, в последней установлен кавитатор 14, причем вод на магистраль 4 подсоединена ко входу диффузорного насадка 11, а на выходе второй ступени дополнительно установлен вихревой гомогенизатор. Вода и топливо поступают к первой ступени диспергировани . Полученна эмульси затем поступает в шестеренный насос 8, после которого эмульси подводитс к вихревому гомогенизатору, где завершаетс цикл многоступенчатой подготовки водотопливной эмульсии. 4 ил.FIELD: engine building. Water and fuel flow to the first dispersion stage. The resulting emulsion then enters the gear pump 8, after which the emulsion is supplied to a vortex homogenizer, where the cycle of multi-stage preparation of a water-fuel emulsion is completed. 4 il.
