Abstract
The invention relates to methods for determining lead and can be used in the analysis of natural and industrial objects with the aim of increasing sensitivity. For this purpose, a hydrogen peroxide solution, lead nitrate, bidistillate, solutions of 4-diethylaminophthalhydride with a concentration of 2.5 are introduced into the cuvette . 10 -3 M and KOH with a concentration of 0.5 M. Optimal concentration of hydrogen peroxide (0.6 - 4.0) . 10 -3 M. Chemiluminescence is measured using a photomultiplier, detecting the maximum sensitivity of light after 5 s from the start of the reaction. The lead content is found on the calibration curve. The sensitivity of PB determination is 0.02 ng / ml. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to analytical chemistry, and specifically to methods for determining lead, and can be used in the analysis of environmental objects, natural and waste waters, food products and biological objects.
The aim of the invention is to increase the sensitivity.
Example. 0.5 ml of solution 1, solution, 0.25 ng of Pb (NO3) 2, bidistillation, starting from volume, 5 ml and a mixture containing 0.5 ml of 2.5-1 4-diethylamino-hydravide ( DEAFG) and 0.3 ml of 0.5 M KOH solution. Chemiluminescence is measured using a photomultiplier, registering the maximum intensity of luminescence 5 s from the start of the reaction. The lead content is found in a graph. Detection sensitivity
Pb 0.02 ng / ml. The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 0.05-5.0 ng / ml Pb.
The table presents the experimental results of the sensitivity of the determination of lead at different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide.
As follows from the presented results, the maximum sensitivity of the determination of lead is achieved at a hydrogen peroxide concentration (0.6-4.0). 10 m.
Предлагаемый способ позвол ет повысить чувствительность определени : свинца в . 100 раз по сравнению с -известным .The proposed method improves the detection sensitivity: lead c. 100 times compared to the well-known.
