Abstract

Цель изобретени - повышение физической и биологической герметичности анастомоза за счет более точного сопоставлени слоев сшиваемых органов. Нить шва провод т через серозно-мышечно-подслизистый слой одного конца кишки, подслизисто-мышечно-серозный слой на противоположной стороне с выколом у кра разреза кишки, затем через серозно-мышечно-подслизистый слой первого конца кишки с вколом кнутри от ранее сделанного ст жка, а далее - через подслизисто-мышечно-серозный слой на противоположной стороне с выколом кнаружи от ранее сделанного ст жка.
