Изобретение относитс  к составам полимерминеральных смесей дл  производства строительных изделий и конструкций. Цель изобретени  - повышение водостойкости. Полимерминеральна  смесь включает, мас.%: карбамидна  смола 30-31, полуводный фосфогипс 46-48, гидролизный лигнин 2-6, стекловолокно 3-7, себацинова  кислота 0,35-0,70, вода остальное. Плотность 1400-1450 кг/м3, удельна  ударна  в зкость 27,1-33,6 Дж/см, предел прочности при сжатии 72,0-78,6 МПа, при изгибе 25,5-28,0 МПа, истираемость 0,11-0,12 г/см2, коэффициент разм гчени  0,97-0,99. 2 табл.The invention relates to polymeric mineral blends for the manufacture of building products and structures. Цель изобретени  - повышение водостойкости .The purpose of the invention is to increase the water resistance.

Полимерминеральную смесь готов т следующим образом.The polymer mineral blend is prepared as follows.

После дозировки отдельных компонентов производ т помол фосфогипса с себациновой кислотой в шаровой мельнице в течение 20-25 мин до получени  порошка с удельной поверхностью 5300-6100 см2/г. Смесь фосфогипса и себациновой кислоты смешивают в смесителе с карбамидной смолой, гидролизным лигнином, стекловолокном и водой в течение 2-2,5 мин до получени  однородной массы. Полученную смесь заливают в формы и уплотн ют на виброплощадках в формы в течение 30-50 с.
