Изобретение относитс к цитологии и может быть использовано при изготовлении посто нных цитологических препаратов. Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение способа. Дл этого при изготовлении посто нных цитологических препаратов в качестве растворител парафина используют изоамиловый спирт, обработку спиртом провод т двухкратно в течение 15-20 мин при 50-55°С. 2 табл.This invention relates to cytology and may be used in the manufacture of permanent cytological preparations.
