Устройство содержит каркас в виде надувной камеры 1, имеющей в верхней части не более 2/3 периметра поперечного ее сечени перфорацию, вентил тор 2, соединенный с камерой 1 нагнетательным патрубком 3, имеющим заслонку 4, калорифер 5, установленный в патрубке 3 между вентил тором 2 и заслонкой 4, трубу 6, соедин ющую нагнетательный 3 и всасывающий 7 патрубки вентил тора 2. Патрубок 7 имеет дополнительную заслонку 8. Камера внутри оснащена продольной эластичной, размещенной в вертикальной плоскости симетра, перегородкой 9 и соединенными с ее основанием посредством шарниров опорами, а наружна поверхность камеры 1 снабжена раст жками 12 с наконечниками 13, выполненными в виде полуколец 14, соединенных посредством шарниров и пружин. Заслонка 4 размещена в месте соединени трубы 6 с нагнетательным патрубком 3.
