Abstract
Изобретение относитс к химико-термической обработке стальных изделий, в частности к получению на их поверхности карбидных покрытий, и может быть использовано в машиностроении, химической и приборостроительной промышленности. Цель изобретени - повышение износостойкости изделий, а также увеличение кратности использовани насыщающей смеси. Сущность предлагаемого способа состоит в том, что на поверхность издели наноситс паста, содержаща , мас.% : графит 10...16, вазелин 90...84 непосредственно перед упаковкой его в контейнер с порошковой алюмотермической смесью на основе оксидов переходных металлов дл проведени химико-термической обработки при 1000...1150°С. В процессе термодиффузионного насыщени паста вл етс дополнительным источником углерода, необходимого дл формировани карбидного сло . В результате в структуре сло отсутствует обезуглероженна разупрочненна зона, увеличиваетс толщина карбидной зоны диффузионного сло в 1,1...2 раза, повышаетс кратность использовани смесей в 2...4 раза, увеличиваетс износостойкость покрыти в 1,2...2,4 раза по сравнению с покрыти ми, полученными способом, прин тым за прототип.The invention relates to the chemical-heat treatment of steel products, in particular to the preparation of carbide coatings on their surface, and can be used in mechanical engineering, chemical and instrument-making industries.
