Abstract

Изобретение относитс к составам композиций дл склеивани древесных материалов. Изобретение позвол ет получить клеи с содержанием фенола 0,12 мас.% и формальдегида 0,48 мас.%, жизнеспособностью 24 ч при 20°С и 25 с при 100°С, с пределом прочности при скалычвании вдоль волокон 12,2 МПа в сухом состо нии, 9,1 МПа после выдержки в воде при 20°С в течение 48 ч и 8,9 МПа после кип чени в течение 3 ч. Эффект достигаетс за счет использовани в композиции на основе 78,17-88,50 мас.% резольной фенолоформальдегидной смолы в качестве отвердител раствора 5,53-15,64 мас.% сульфосалициловой кислоты в 5,97-6,77 мас.% ацетона. 2 табл.The invention relates to compositions for gluing wood materials. В бак с мешалкой загружают фенолоформальдегидную смолу (СФЖ-3016) и смешивают с ранее приготовленным раствором сульфбса- лициловой кислоты в количестве, соответствующем рецептуре (примеры 1-3, табл.1), при этом тщательно перемешива в течение 5-10 мин до получени однородной массы.
