Abstract
The invention relates to the footwear industry, in particular, to a method for manufacturing injection-molded shoes. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance properties of the shoe by creating an elastic footprint that takes into account the anatomical structure of the human foot. The method consists in gathering a bulky piece consisting of a top and a set-in insole, putting it on the shoe and attaching it to the set-in insole on the side facing the sole, a prostitute made in the form of volumetric elements of elastic material. In this case, the insole insole is made of a material containing thermoplastic fibers having a softening temperature lower than the injection temperature of the casting mixture. The removal of shoes from the shoe is carried out at the temperature of plastic deformation of thermoplastic fibers of the insole. 4 il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к обувной промышленности, а именно к способам изготовлени обуви с литьевой подошвой .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the footwear industry, in particular, to methods for producing shoes with injection molding.
The aim of the invention is to improve the performance properties by creating an elastic footprint that takes into account the anatomical structure of the human foot.

4 - shoes in the toe part, longitudinal section.
The method is carried out as follows.
A bulk stocking is assembled, consisting of the top of the shoe 1 and a set-in insole 2 made of a material containing thermoplastic fibers having a softening temperature below the injection temperature of the casting mixture. The resulting volumetric billet is put on the casting block 3 (Fig. 1), after which it is attached from the outer side of the insole in places corresponding to the anatomical points, for example,

2).glue volume elements 4, made of elastic material, such as foam rubber. This operation can also be carried out in parts prior to the assembly of the workpiece. In this case, the initial height of the elastic element H, d is chosen 5-15 mm, depending on the given profile of the trace profile. After that, the semi-matrix of the press-mold is closed, we 5 and the injection mixture 6 is injected (Fig. 2).

3).The mixture of the elastic element 4 is compressed to the value H, which is determined by the injection pressure and the elastic characteristic of the element 4. The shoes are removed from the shoe after the molding of the molding mixture hardens at a temperature of plastic deformation of 20 thermoplastic insoles (Fig. 3).

Due to the use of thermoplastic fibers, the insole insole becomes a plastic mixture of the injection temperature of the injection mixture, while due to the internal elastic forces the material of the bulk element tends to take on its original shape, forming the specified hp trace height of H 2 H 0 - H,. At room temperature, the insole is practically not stretched, which provides the necessary conditions for forming the stocking stocking.
Example. Cross-shoes of injection molding method of fastening with an elastic profiled trace are made. For this purpose, they collect a bulk blank of the top from natural leather in the form of a stocking with a set-in insole made of nonwoven canvas, including a blend of 50% polypropylene and 50% viscose fibers. Put the workpiece on the block of the molding tire. Then to the outer side

Insoles in the gelenochny and sock-beam areas are glued with rubber glue (NK) elastic elastic volume elements with a thickness of 10 and 6 mm, respectively, cut from foam rubber sheet material. Then, after the semi-matrix of the mold is closed, the preheating of the PL-2 grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) injection mixture is made up to 167 ° C. Remove the shoes from the shoe after 3 minutes.
Using the proposed method allows to obtain shoes with improved performance properties by creating a shaped trail that takes into account the anatomical structure of the human foot, as well as reduce weight and increase the flexibility of shoes.
