BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, footwear obtained by injection molding has been made to be lightweight by providing a bulging part in the heel part thereof. However, in the heel portion of conventional lightweight footwear, the heel portion is left open above the tread, so it has been necessary to thicken the insole to prevent the foot from hitting the tread. Also, since there are holes on the surface of the tread, when adhering to the insole,
The adhesion area was smaller than that of ordinary footwear, and the adhesion was not sufficient, causing the insole to peel off from the heel during wear.

The present invention aims to improve these drawbacks and provide injection molded footwear that achieves the objective of reducing weight. In other words, the present invention provides injection-molded footwear with an open bulge on the upper surface of the heel, in which the bulge is covered by a tongue piece that is integrally molded with the sole in front of the heel on the inner surface of the sole. It relates to injection molded footwear with a flat inner surface.

An example of the injection molded footwear of the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, an open bulge portion 4 is provided on the upper surface 3 of the heel portion 2 of the injection molded boot 1. The slotted portions 4 are preferably holes drilled in a grid pattern. Next, the padding portion 4 is covered by a tongue portion 8 that is integrally formed with the sole 7 at the front heel portion 6 of the inner surface 5 of the sole. It is preferable that the shape of the tongue portion 8 is almost the same as that of the heel portion 2. In addition, in order to make the inner surface 5 of the sole flat when the tongue part 8 covers the padding part 4, the surface of the heel part 2 is covered with other toe parts and unstepped parts by the thickness of the tongue part 8. be lower than the height of the inner surface of the sole of the footwear. In addition, the back surface of the tongue portion 8 and the heel portion 2
It is preferable to fix it to the surface using an adhesive or the like. In this way, an injection molded boot 1, which is an example of the present invention, is obtained.

Next, a method for manufacturing injection molded footwear according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the mold consists of a last 9, side molds 10, 10, and a bottom mold 11. The last heel portion 92 is provided with a gap 12 for forming the tongue portion 8 and a protrusion 13 for forming the bulge portion 4. An injection port 14 of an injection molding machine is provided at the center of the outer surface of the bottom mold 11.

First, a sock that will serve as the lining of the boots 1 is hung from the last 9, but the sock is not necessarily necessary. When using socks, it is recommended to make a notch near the protrusion 13 or gap 12 of the last 9 of the sock. Next, set the mold, inject the resin material for injection molding from the injection port 14, release the mold after curing, and as shown in FIG. Have someone take off their shoes. At this time, the last heel portion 92 moves toward the bottom side while sliding with respect to the last main body 91, so that the tip of the tongue portion 8 is pushed out, and the tongue portion 8 can be easily demolded. Furthermore, it is possible to easily demold the heel portion 2 which has a complicated shape due to the provision of the sagging portion 4.

Another method of manufacturing injection molded footwear of the present invention is shown in FIG. 4, which allows the manufacture of shoes such as athletic shoes. The last 9 may also have a gap 12 for forming the tongue portion 8 and a hollow portion 4.
There is no need to separate the last body and the last heel. Even in boots with a long torso, it is possible to use a last that does not separate the last body from the last heel. First, the lace cover material 16 is suspended from the last 9, but the inner sole 15 is preliminarily placed in the vicinity of the cavity 12 and the protrusion 1.
It is a good idea to make a notch near 3. Next, the side molds 10, 10 and the bottom mold 11 are set, and a resin material for injection molding is injected from the injection port 14. After curing, the molds are unset and the shoes are taken off. In this way, an injection molded shoe, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is obtained.

The injection molded footwear of the present invention has a tongue piece covering the upper surface of the heel bulge, so when worn, the heel feels better against the foot than conventional footwear with the bulge left open. It can be used without an insole or without increasing the thickness of the commonly used insole to prevent the heel from hitting the foot.

In addition, when the injection molded footwear of the present invention is bonded to the insole, the bonding area does not become small unlike the conventional heel part with a slip-on part, and it can be sufficiently bonded to the insole, making it easy to wear. The insole at the heel will not peel off easily.
