Description
Циклогексаноноксим представл ет интерес как полупродукт дл получени капролактама. В св зи с этим все возрастающее значение приобретает разработка быстрых и высокочувствительных способов количественного определени циклогексаноноксима.Cyclohexanone oxime is of interest as an intermediate for the production of caprolactam. Therefore, the development of fast and highly sensitive methods for the quantitative determination of cyclohexanone oxime is becoming increasingly important.
A method is proposed for the polarographic determination of cyclohexanoxoxime (CHO), which consists in treating the latter with an excess of formaldehyde in a 0.1-1 N solution. sulfuric acid. Under these conditions, cyclohexanone oxime is quantitatively converted to dimethylol hydroxylamine, which gives a clear polarographic wave with a strength of 0.45 in (1N H2SO4) relative to the saturated calomel electrode. The wave height of dimethylol hydroxylamine, proportional to the concentration of CHO in the solution, calculates the amount of CHO. Method error is 3-BO / O (rel.). Duration of registration is 20-30 minutes.
Способ отличаетс быстротой, чувствительностью и может послужить осповой дл разработки автоматического контрол чистоты капролактама .The method is fast, sensitive and can be used as a smallpox to develop an automatic control of the purity of caprolactam.
Пример 1. Определение ЦГО в продукте перегруппировки при производстве капролактамаExample 1. The definition of CHO in the product rearrangement in the production of caprolactam
Точную навеску (0,5-0,6 г продукта перегруппировки раствор ют f 10 мл 5 н. П25О4 (в мерной колбе на 50 мл), сразу же добавл ют 5 мл 35-40о/о-ного формалина и довод т объем водой до метки. Раствор продуваетс азотом дл удалени растворенного кислорода. Часть у № 156743--2 полученного раствора пол рографируют в области потенциалов 0,0-0 ,1 8 относительно насыщенного каломельного электрода. В случае производства капролакгама через нитроциклогексан иавеску продукта перегруппировки расгвор ют в нескольких миллиметрах воды, добавл ют 8 мл 1 и. NaOH и оставл ют сто ть в течение 10 мин. дл полного перехода нитроциклогексана в ациформу, котора затем в кислоте превращаетс в циклогексанон. Полученный пделочный раствор прибавл ют малыми порци ми к 10 мл 5 н.H2SO4 (в меркой колбе на 50 мл) и провод т далее те же операции, что описаны выще. Чувствительность определени ЦГО в продукте перегр тпировки 0,050/0. Ошибка определени (отн.). Продолжительность одного определени 20-30 мин. Даже 40-кратный избыток нитроциклогексаиа не вли ет на точность определени ЦГО. Пример 2. Определение ЦГО в товарном капролактаме Точную навеску (3,5-4 г) капролактама раствор ют в 10-15 мг воды (в мерной колбе на 50 мл), добавл ют 10 мл 5 н. ПзЗО,, быстро ввод т 5 мл 35-400/о-ного формалина и довод т объем водой до метки, Часть этого раствора продувают азогом дл удалени растворенного кислорода и пол рографируют в области потенциалов 0, 1,0 « относительно насыщенного каломельного электрода. При наличии в товарном канролактаме следов нитроциклогексана волну его, сн тую по той же методике, но без добавлени формалина, вычитают из волны диметилолгидроксиламина. Чувствительность определени ЦГО в товарном капролактаме . Ошибка определени (отн.). Продолжнтельность одного определени 15-20 мин. Предмет изобретен и Способ пол рографического определени циклогексаноноксима, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени точности определени , циклогексаноноксим обрабатывают избытком формальдегида в кислом растворе и по высоте пол рографической волны образующегос диметилолгидроксиламина , пропорциональной его концентрацни, определ ют сод,ержание циклогексаноноксима.An exact weight (0.5-0.6 g of the rearrangement product is dissolved in f 10 ml of 5N P25O4 (in a 50 ml volumetric flask), 5 ml of 35-40 o / o formalin are immediately added and the volume is diluted with water up to the mark. The solution is purged with nitrogen to remove dissolved oxygen. Part of No. 156743--2 of the solution obtained is polarized in the range of potentials of 0.0-0, 1 8 relative to the saturated calomel electrode. In the case of caprolacgam production through nitrocyclohexane, the rearrangement product curtain dissolves a few millimeters of water, add 8 ml of 1 and. NaOH and leave a hundred within 10 minutes to complete the conversion of nitrocyclohexane to the acyform, which is then converted to cyclohexanone in acid.The resulting cooking solution is added in small portions to 10 ml of 5N H2SO4 (in a 50 ml measuring flask) and the same operations that are described above. The sensitivity of determination of CHO in the overheating product is 0.050 / 0. Determination error (rel.). The duration of one determination is 20-30 minutes. Even a 40-fold excess of nitrocyclohexa does not affect the accuracy of determination of the CHO. Example 2. Determination of CHO in commodity caprolactam. An exact weight (3.5-4 g) of caprolactam was dissolved in 10-15 mg of water (in a 50 ml volumetric flask), 10 ml of 5N was added. PZOZ was quickly injected with 5 ml of 35-400 / o of formalin and the volume was adjusted to the mark with water. Part of this solution was flushed with azog to remove dissolved oxygen and polarized in the potential range of 0, 0 "relative to the saturated calomel electrode. If traces of nitrocyclohexane are present in a commodity canrolactam, its wave, removed by the same procedure, but without the addition of formalin, is subtracted from the dimethylol hydroxylamine wave. The sensitivity of the determination of CHO in commodity caprolactam. Error of determination (rel.). Duration of one determination is 15-20 minutes. The subject matter was invented and the method of polarographic determination of cyclohexanone oxime, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy of determination, cyclohexanone oxime is treated with an excess of formaldehyde in an acidic solution and the height of the polarographic wave of the resulting dimethylolhydroxylamine, proportional to its concentration, is determined by the concentration of cyclohexanone;
