произведение разности плотностей отходов флотации и воды на разность между расходами исходного питани и отходов флотации.the product of the density difference between the flotation waste and water density and the difference between the feed costs and the flotation waste.
Determine the product of the difference between the densities of the original feed and water by the flow rate of the initial feed, find the quotient of dividing the sum of the first two works by the third and adjust the flow of reagents according to the value of the obtained parameter, and reduce the consumption of reagents as the parameter increases, and vice versa.
(4).Determining the sum of the first two products makes it possible to increase the accuracy of calculating the amount of concentrate produced in accordance with equation (4).
Частное от делени этой суммы на третье произведение представл ет собой долевой выход концентрата от исходного питани .The quotient of dividing this amount by the third product is the fractional yield of the concentrate from the original feed.
The method is carried out as follows.
6.On line 1 of the initial feed to the flotation process, the sensor 2 controls the flow rate, the sensor 3 controls the density and the sensor 4 controls the average particle size, and on the output line of the flotation waste flow, the flow sensor 5 and the density controls the sensor 6.
5In block 7, the difference between the densities of the initial feed and the flotation waste is calculated, and in block 8, the product of this difference by the feed flow. In block 9, the difference between the densities of the original feed and the water is calculated and multiplied by the flow rate of the initial feed. The difference between the feed costs and the flotation waste is calculated in block 10, to the input of which signals from sensors of these parameters are input. The output signal from block 10 is fed to the input of block 11, in which the difference between the densities of flotation waste and water is calculated and multiplied by the difference between the costs of the feed and the flotation waste. The output signals of blocks 8 and 11 are fed to the input of summing block 12, in which the sum (du-dfl) Vu + + (d0-da) (Vu-V6) is determined. In block 14, by dividing the signal coming from block 9 and proportional to the consumption of the solid product with the initial power, by the signal from sensor 4, proportional to the average particle size of the solid particles, determine the average surface of the solid product fed to the flotation.
The supply of reagents in the flotation process is controlled by means of circuits consisting of sensor 15, controller 16 and regulator 17 for the collector reagent, as well as sensor 18, controller 19 and regulator 20 for the blowing agent reagent. The supply of the blowing agent is proportional to the consumption of the solid product with the initial power, for which the input to the controller 19 as a task is fed from block 9 a signal proportional to the consumption of the solid product.
14.The collecting agent reagent is supplied in proportion to the surface of the solid product in the feed. For this purpose, the output of block 14 is supplied as an input to the controller 16.
When the concentrate output changes by means of block 21, which is connected at the input to block 13, the correction signals for the consumption of reagents are proportional to the deviation of the concentrate output from the set value. The output signals of block 21 are supplied as adjustments to the inputs of the regulators 16 and 19. For example, if the concentrate yield from the starting product decreases, the supply of reagents is increased, and vice versa.
Thus, control of the supply of reagents, taking into account changes in the variations in the density of the initial feed and flotation waste from the density of water,
