Description
The invention relates to the production of refractory materials and can be used to obtain lightweight thermal insulation and electrical insulation products used in instrument making, metallurgy, chemical industry,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat resistance.
In the development of the charge, hollow forsterite spheres with a diameter of 0.5–3 mm were used, obtained by blowing a melt of a mixture of Mg and Si oxides in a ratio of 58:42 with compressed air of 0.15 MPa pressure, silicone lacquers obtained on the basis of K-40 silicone resin, as well as magnesium oxide with a particle size of less than 0.063 mm.
Lightweight material was prepared as follows.
The components of the mixture are mixed in a predetermined ratio and pressed at
Обжиг издели провод т при 1400- 1600 С в течение 3-4 ч.pressure of 20 MPs, ensuring the preservation of the shape of hollow forsterite spheres. Roasting the product is carried out at 1400 - 1600 ° C for 3-4 hours.
При обжиге издели между полыми форстеритовыми сферами формируетс форстеритова св зка благодар химическому взаимодействию активного кремнезема,образовавшегос в результате термического разложени кремний- органического полимера и оксида магни .When the product is baked between the hollow forsterite spheres, the forsterite link is formed due to the chemical interaction of the active silica formed as a result of the thermal decomposition of the silicon-organic polymer and magnesium oxide.
The composition of the mixture and the properties of products from it are given in the table.
