Description
The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to a powder composite material.
The aim of the invention is to improve manufacturability by excluding operations such as pressing and sintering from the process.
ч.:Powder composite material has the following ratio of ingredients, wt.h .:
19-20,2Calcium silicate 19-20,2
Stainless steel Else
The manufacture of the powder composite material is carried out as follows.
Fillers (industrial metal powders) are sieved on mechanical vibrating screens, then sorted by granulometric composition. The accepted particle sizes are 0.2-0.3 mm. Aluminum powders are used as a porous element. Removal of preservation films is carried out at a water temperature of 70 ° C. The ratio of water and aluminum is 30: 1, the ratio of household soap and aluminum is 1:20, the ratio of Na2SO4 and water is 1: 5. Calcium silicate powders are used as a binder. The components are mixed mechanically in a mixer. The duration of the process depends on the amount of loading. Drying is carried out in drying chambers at 85-90 ° C for 7-8 hours.
The table shows the compositions and properties of the proposed material and known.
Test samples show that the proposed powder material is possible. The physicomechanical properties established here give grounds for recommending them for the manufacture of filter elements, as well as for obtaining structural parts that require different porosity, with high processability of the proposed powder material.
