Abstract
The invention relates to the production of coated pipes and can be used when installing pipelines and repairing pipes with a silicate coating in field conditions. The aim of the invention is to simplify the assembly of pipe joints and increase the corrosion resistance of the coating in the joint zone. On the inner surface of the end sections of the pipes, on the cover, are attached around the perimeter a strip of glass-enamel fabric so that they protrude beyond the ends of the pipes. Then the pipes join. At the same time, the enamel tissue sections protruding beyond the pipe ends overlap each other at the junction of the pipes. The docked pipes are welded around the perimeter from the outside. Due to the heat generated during welding, the glass-enamel fabric at the weld site is partially melted. In order to completely melt the enamel tissue and create a uniform, solid, corrosion-resistant layer in the joint area of the pipe, the splice area is subjected to additional heating up to the melting temperature of the enamel, for example, with an inducer.
Description
The invention relates to the production of coated pipes and can be used in the installation of pipelines and the repair of pipes with a silicate coating in field conditions.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the assembly and increase the corrosion resistance of the coating in the joint zone.
The method of connecting the pipes is as follows.
The strips of glass-enamel fabric are laid on the inner surface of the end sections of the pipes, on the coating, along the perimeter, so that they protrude beyond the ends of the pipes. Before laying the enamel fabric, enamel paste (slip) or liquid glass (silicate glue) was initially applied to the coating on the coating to fix strips of glass-enamel fabric.
коррозионностойкого сло в зоне соединени труб участок стыковки подвергают дополнительному нагреву до температуры расплавлени эмали, например, индуктором .Then the pipes with the strips of glass-enamel fabric laid at their ends are joined. At the same time, the enamel tissue sections protruding beyond the pipe ends overlap each other at the junction of the pipes. The docked pipes are welded around the perimeter from the outside. Due to the heat generated during welding, the glass-enamel fabric at the weld site is partially melted. In order to completely melt the enamel tissue and create a homogeneous, continuous, corrosion-resistant layer in the joint area of the pipe, the splice area is subjected to additional heating up to the melting temperature of the enamel, for example, with an inducer.
Example. On the inner surfaces of tubular elements with diameters of 57, 89, 102, 114, 300 mm, wall thickness of 3-4 mm of steel 10 with an internal glass-enamel coating of grade 25 with a thickness of 0.3-0.35 mm, an enamel coating was applied according to the standard slip technology . Glass enamel strips were placed on the enamel coating.

п. После фиксации стеклоэмалевой ткани трубчатые элементы стыковали друг с другом, при этом выступающие участки стеклоэмалевой ткани перекрывали друг друга внахлест на внутренней поверхности места стыка.fabric width 30-50 mm around the perimeter of the pipes in such a way that they protrude beyond the ends of the pipes by 5-7 mm. Before placing the enamel fabric, an enamel paste (slip) was applied to the inner coating on the ends of the tubular elements to fix (fix) the enamel strips at the junction and to exclude the possibility of their displacement when joining the pipes. The strips of glass-enamel fabric can also be fixed with any other known method, for example, spot welding, etc. After fixing the glass-enamel fabric, the tubular elements docked with each other, with the protruding portions of the glass-enamel fabric overlapping each other on the inner surface of the junction.
Then the tubular elements were welded by electric arc welding on the outer surface around the circumference of the joined pipes. Due to the heat generated during welding, the glass-enamel fabric inside the pipe at the interface was partially melted. To completely melt glass enamel and
