Abstract
Изобретение относитс к станкостроению, а именно к способам подачи смазочно-охлаждающей жидкости (СОЖ) при их термической активации. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности охлаждени и сокращение расхода СОЖ. При закрытом кране 4 заполн ют водной СОЖ питатель 1 и герметично закрывают его крышкой 2. Открывают кран 4 и заполн ют парогенератор 5 СОЖ до тех пор, пока СОЖ не перекроет трубопровод 3. Включают нагреватель 6, нагревают пар до температуры 101-103°С под давлением 0,01-0,02 МПа и подают его по трубопроводу 9 в сопло 10. 1 ил., 1 табл.The invention relates to a machine tool industry, in particular to methods for supplying a coolant fluid (LCL) during their thermal activation.
